Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes when and how customers of Sire Apps LLC ("Sire," "we," "us," or "our") may request a refund for fees paid for our software-as-a-service products (the "Service"). This policy is part of, and should be read together with, our Terms & Conditions.

1. Subscription Plans

Sire is a recurring subscription service billed monthly or annually based on the plan you select at sign-up. By subscribing, you authorize Sire to charge your payment method on each renewal date for the applicable subscription fee plus any taxes. Subscriptions automatically renew until you cancel from your account settings.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee for First-Time Subscribers

New customers may request a full refund of their first subscription payment within seven (7) calendar days of the initial charge by emailing [email protected] from the email address on file. The 7-day money-back guarantee applies only to the first paid period for a given account and is not available for renewals, upgrades, add-ons, or accounts that have previously requested a refund. Refunds under this section will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Monthly Subscriptions

Outside of the 7-day money-back window described above, monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops the next renewal but does not generate a pro-rata refund for the remainder of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the period you have already paid for.

4. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are billed up front for twelve (12) months. After the 7-day money-back window, annual fees are non-refundable, except that we may, at our sole discretion, issue a pro-rata refund for the unused full months of an annual term in cases of (a) extended Service unavailability caused by Sire, or (b) other exceptional circumstances we deem appropriate. Pro-rata refunds, if granted, are calculated on full unused calendar months and exclude any discount applied at the time of purchase.

5. Add-Ons, One-Time Charges, and Usage Fees

Add-ons (including premium feature packs), one-time setup or onboarding fees, and usage-based charges (such as transaction or processing fees) are non-refundable once delivered or incurred.

6. Payment Processing Fees

Sire is an Elavon Payments MSP & Registered ISO of Elavon, Inc. Card processing fees and any third-party payment processor fees collected by Elavon or other processors in connection with transactions you make through the Service are governed by their own terms and are not refundable by Sire. Disputes regarding processing fees should be raised directly with the relevant processor.

7. Free Trials

If we offer a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically converted to a paid subscription at the rate disclosed at sign-up. The 7-day money-back guarantee in Section 2 begins on the date of your first paid charge, not on the date the trial started.

8. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email [email protected] from the email address associated with your Sire account and include: (a) your account email and full name, (b) the date and amount of the charge you are disputing, (c) the last four digits of the card or other payment method used, and (d) a brief description of the reason for the request. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity or process the refund.

9. Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within ten (10) business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the credit may take an additional five (5) to ten (10) business days to appear on your statement. We do not control the timing of your bank's posting cycle.

10. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer so that we can resolve the issue directly. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us, or after a refund has already been issued, may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, recovery of any associated dispute and processing fees, and our right to pursue collection of any amounts owed.

11. Service Unavailability

Sire maintains commercially reasonable uptime for the Service but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Brief outages, scheduled maintenance, and issues caused by third-party providers (including hosting, payment, or marketplace partners) are not, by themselves, grounds for a refund. In the event of an extended outage caused by Sire, please contact support and we will evaluate the request on a case-by-case basis.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the Service prior to taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was most recently revised.
